Excluded:
Final cleanings €30, electricity consumption is on meter reading (0,8 Euro per unit).
High Speed Internet Connection WI-FI DSL 20 Mbps €10 per week.

Advance payment for booking confirmation: 30%.

- Monthly Rate from € 1100,00
Longer period fees are to be agreed.

€15 per person from 4 days to 2 weeks of stay
€ 25 per person for stay longer than 2 weeks

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellations communicated to Apartments Florence Apartments with a notice period of more than 60 days prior to arrival, the Client loose 15% of total rental price.

- Cancellations communicated to Apartments Florence Apartments from 59 to 0 days prior to arrival, the Client loose 30% of total rental price.

- If the Client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
